Did you know that constant sitting increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and other diseases? If you sell goods while standing in a shop, the loss is less but exercise will still be necessary. The report says that sitting for 10 hours continuously increases the risk of premature death. This includes 30 to 40 minutes of moderate physical activity such as brisk walking, cycling and gardening. The study was conducted by Dr. Emmanuel Stematox and colleagues at the University of Sydney.
